General- Turnaround time will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The time of delivery will not exceed two calendar months unless otherwise stated.- Portions of WIPs may be posted on social media, as well as finished work. You may request for me not to post WIPs publicly at no extra cost. You may request for your commission to remain private at a small extra charge of 10%.- The completed work will be delivered through your preferred method of contact as well as by email.- I reserve the right to use the finished artwork in my portfolio.Usage- All commission work is for personal use of the commissioner only unless otherwise discussed. Artwork intended for commercial use may incur additional charges. Please contact me directly if that is your intended use.- Do not use my work for AI or NFT purposes.- You may not claim it as your own work. Please credit me.Updates and Alterations- Updates are sent through email or your choice of contact. The finished product will be delivered through email (along with preferred choice of contact, if an alternate was chosen).- I have a schedule of sending WIPs throughout the process. The usual order is sketch -> lineart (if lineart commission) -> base colours -> rendering updates (amount of which depends on the piece's complexity).- Experimental commissions are different, usually only being a sketch for approval and then the finished piece. Specifics will be listed along with experimental options when available.- All prices include a few minor changes and tweaks. Additional charges of up to 30% may occur for major changes. This will be discussed.

Payment- I accept payment through PayPal invoices only. When the details of your commission are confirmed, I will send an invoice to the email specified in the form.- VGen requests are handled through the platform's payment system.- Commissions over 100 USD will be invoiced half before, half after by default. Alternative payment plans can be discussed.Refunds- If a refund is requested before work has begun and been shared, the full paid price will be refunded.- If a refund is requested after work has begun and been shared, I will refund half of the paid price.- Artworks nearing completion or far into the process will not be refunded.- Completed commissions cannot be refunded.
